Marquis Springfield’s recently appointed administrator is Robert John Adlesich, who brings to the role a wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector.
Born and raised in Oregon, Mr Adlesich attended Oregon State University before heading further afield to gain 15 years of experience in healthcare management. He has held positions at acute and post-acute health care facilities in Oregon, Wyoming, California, and Colorado, including chief executive officer, chief operating officer, director, and administrator roles, all of which have provided him extensive experience in improving quality patient care and facility finances.
Since stepping into his new role as administrator in January, Mr Adlesich has immersed himself in the Marquis Springfield world, getting to know the staff and patients as well as Marquis’ community partners.
“I am committed to high quality patient care, ensuring a positive patient experience, and ensuring staff satisfaction,” he said.
Mr Adlesich holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy as well as a Bachelor of (Political) Science and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Returning to their home state from Boulder, Colorado, Mr Adlesich and his wife, Marisa, have begun their new life in Corvallis, where they eagerly await the arrival of their first child in July.
